David & Associates is a well run law office that works hard from the time you hire them until they negotiate the settlement that is fair for you. My Case Manager Joy Harman was extremely easy to communicate with. She definitely made this stressful process a lot easier for me. I’d suggest David & Associates to anyone looking for excellent representation when going up against insurance companies. They will provide you with quality service.

I was in a serious car accident. I was lost and didn't have any clue of what to do, but I remembered using David and Associates a few years back, and I had a great experience, so I gave them a call, and they have been so extremely helpful. Any questions that I have had, they answer promptly and professionally, not to mention how very kind, and personable that they are. and I would never use any other attorney. They know exactly what they're doing and they are a no-nonsense kind of team and I love that about them and I would absolutely refer them to everyone I know!! And Joy, the assistant on my case, Is the sweetest, most caring and understanding person I've literally ever had the pleasure of meeting! They've absolutely put a lot of good into this very bad situation.

Staff was very professional and helpful

Hired them for a case, we can never get an answer the office staff is rude and not helpful at all. They tell you to leave a email or voicemail just so no one can respond. Another person who was on the same case decided to do his own thing and he has received all his money and we haven’t gotten anything and still have to give them damn near half of the settlement. I would never refer them to anyone.
