I was involved in another accident and everything from physical therapy to finalizing the the settlement was done in a timely manner and I was always informed on any updates in the case. This attorney’s office will always be my go to for any legal matters.

I wish I could give them a zero. Wasted 8 months of my time and barely fought the case with the insurance company. The atty I met with was more concerned in my wife filing a claim also so she could “ get a check”. I told them my wife was not injured but they still wanted her to file. I told him issues I was concerned with but he was more interested in drumming up more business. Those issues came back up months later but because they didn’t listen now I have to fight it myself.

Got in a car wreck and the other person at fault insurance company pay for the medical bills and the vehicle but I only got $3,500 and I'm done for the rest of my life my doctor kept telling me over and over this is at least 500k I will never make a mistake again and if I can find an attorney to go back and re-examine it on file suit against this company I will do it!

Very happy with David & Associates. We actually received a much better than expected outcome. Andrew Everhart was our attorney but Laura W. was our person! (Andrew was great, too!) She’s super. No other way to put it. Laura was always available for questions, updates, concerns, etc.(by email or phone!) Very responsive. She’s personable and very easy to talk to. The entire process from start to finish, was helpful, clear, and very comforting.

I would definitely recommend David & Associates. We had a much better than expected outcome. Andrew Everhart was our attorney but Laura W. was our girl! She's super. Very responsive and helpful.
