My car was totaled in a rear-end collision by an under insured driver. The amount that I was offered by my insurance company did not nearly recover the loss of my vehicle. I was forced to get a rental car for 3 months (2 months at my own expense) while I waited for my insurance company to settle. When it became evident that my insurance company was only interested in getting their own reimbursement from the other drivers insurance, I reached out to Devlin Horton for help. He was able to secure an excellent settlement for me that covered my rental car, deductible, as well as a reduced reimbursement of medical bill payments to Medicare. I would high recommend Horton & Mendez to anyone involved in an accident liability claim.
