I had an accident and I called Horton & Mendez and they took no time to jump in action and take my case! The amount of professionalism was much appreciated and I highly recommend this company. I am more than happy with my settlement. It was also very easy to contact my lawyers. Even when my lawyers were out of the office the team jumped in and assisted me. Got into a car wreck the insurance companies were giving me the run around, the lawyers at Horton and mendez were more then helpful, and got my medicals bill paid, and myself paid very fast. If your looking for a lawyer look no further Id recommend them to anyone

Nick was absolutely amazing! He was able to get me more money than I ever thought I would receive! He was professional and yet so personal and kind! And at the end of it all he made sure I was paid more than what I had to pay him! Most attorneys are in it for the money and the client is just the means to getting it and Nick always made me aware that he was not like them. Him and his team took care of all the paperwork and medical issues for me! All i had to do was recover!

This office truly does care about their clients. The time available during normal office hours and afterward to work with my schedule made it an easier process. They went the extra mile and really listened to my concerns and needs. Devlin and Nick were very knowledgeable, went into detail when asked, very punctual on documents and work needed. Their staff was friendly and did an amazing job following up. When others kept dragging their feet, this office kept grinding and fighting for me. Thank you!
