Mr. Horton answered my call immediately and was very patient and informative during our phone conversation. He spoke honestly and seemed genuinely concerned about my situation even though my particular case may possibly not warrant further action. Even knowing so, he continued to offer some advice and wished me well. Hopefully I'll not need his services in the future, however if I do I will know who to call.

Devlin Horton is by far the best attorney in Wilmington! I had contacted several attorneys regarding a question of medical malpractice however not one of them contacted me. Devlin actually called me and took the time to go through the medical records in question. He also explained the malpractice laws in North Carolina.
