I started working with Waneta Ellis in early 2022. She and her team worked with me on the divorce decree, then helped to negotiate the equitable distribution agreement, and just recently, won a very favorable ruling for me in the alimony trial. Throughout all this time, I rarely questioned what we were doing and why, because she always had her eye on the ball. She was always one step ahead of me. I saw her play hardball when it was needed. She asked the hard questions when they needed to be asked. She also had compassion when it was appropriate. She was well prepared for my alimony trial and methodically presented our evidence and arguments to the Judge. I am forever grateful for the many hours that she and her team put in for my case.
