Working with Rusell Family Law & Litigation has been a, literal, life changer for myself and my family. I walked into the office on day one, feeling stressed and worried about the difficult situation I was facing. I, like, so many others facing similar challenges, was looking for someone who could help me overcome the mountain of a hurdle it seemed like I was up against. Immediately after walking into the office, I was welcomed into such a warm, inviting, atmosphere. I explained to Erin what we were up against, and she made sure before I left the office that day, to inform me of the steps that we needed to take to guarantee a favorable outcome for all involved. I've also had the immense pleasure of working with Tyler Williams. Tyler, through the whole process, was extraordinary at keeping me informed of what he needed, upcoming appointments, where we were at with paperwork, etc. I walked into the courtroom with Tyler, the day of my hearing, and I felt confident. I knew we were going to achieve the best outcome, and we did. My case, I believe, was slightly different than others, but that never deterred Tyler at all. With every twist and turn we came across, Tyler, confidently, was able to adapt the tricky situation at hand. I was always kept up-to-date with all things involving my case. Alyssa Daras, within the office, has been immensely helpful as well. Any time I walked into the office, she'd greet me by my first name. Even if I called, I never had to repeat my name more than once. Alyssa has always been great about sending me emails, or even calling me with an update. What I like even more about Alyssa, is that any question I had in regards to billing, she was more than happy to help. Alyssa Daras, Tyler Williams, Erin Russell, and the whole Russell Family Law Firm truly understand your situation. They all know, and empathize with you, that you're already going through a difficult time, and they've never created the environment of, "pay first, and then we'll see." I had a horrific experience throughout my divorce. My sons wanted more time with me. I found Erin through reviews and recommendations. No matter what review you may read, words cannot begin to describe the depth, care, focus, intensity, passion, and so much more that Erin displayed not only as a great lawyer, but, more importantly, as a person. Process was very difficult and frustrating. Erin and the team kept me in check the whole time, while they were frustrated as well by my ex spouse. The team made every effort to avoid our going to court and succeeded. The staff becomes like friends and they are all very caring. Our side was never aggressive. They are good people.

Unethical staff. Erin’s senior paralegal will lie straight to your face. Be wary of an attorney that would hire and employ such people when you’re dealing with such delicate matters as child custody.
