Divorce can be both stressful and draining but having Erin in your corner will you the confidence and sercurity you need to get through it. She is intense and passionate and truly cares about her clients. She is always prepared and posed in the courtroom. She is everything you need during any difficult phase of your life. I highly recommend both her and her staff.

Erin Russell has been my attorney on file for the past two years. In 2016, I hired Erin for a high-conflict, child custody matter. Before I hired Erin, I had gone through two other attorneys, who did not care about my child's best interest. When I hired Erin, I was skeptical. However, Erin proved to me that I could trust her completely. With Erin's excellent legal expertise, the custody matter was resolved outside of court. Issues that were important to me were Erin's top priority. Erin's professionalism, honesty, lightheartedness, knowledge and most importantly trustworthiness influenced me as a returning client. I was confident I was hiring one of the best attorneys in the area to represent me- again!! In Early 2019, Erin was my attorney on file and represented me in a high-conflict Grandparents Rights matter. From the beginning, I knew I could trust Erin to protect my childs best interests. I was highly impressed with Erin's written "Motion to Dismiss." I was even more impressed by her representation in the Motion to Dismiss Hearing. Erin was very knowledgeable, prepared and confident when interacting the Judge and the opposings attorney. Although I was highly stressed about my case, I was confident I had one of the best attorneys in the area representing me. From past experience, I knew I could completely trust her judgment and expertise. The case turned out in my favor and I did not expect anything less. If I ever need legal representation for a family law matter, I can count on Erin to deliver desirable results.

I can't say enough great things about working with Ms. Russell. As opposing counsel, it is easy to get bogged down in the details of a case and lose sight of what should be the ultimate goal of resolving cases as quickly and amicably as possible, while still providing quality representation. This is certainly not the case with Erin. We have been able to settle cases, where everyone walked away happy, but we've also had the opportunity to try cases against one another in a completely cordial and professional manner when unable to settle. When I first walked into Ms. Russell’s office I was beyond nervous and filled with anxiety. Ms. Russell took the time to listen to my story all of the way through, never judging for any of the bad moments discussed and reminded me of the good. When I left her office after the first consult I knew then and there that even tho the battle ahead wouldn’t be an easy one, it would end up with what I felt best for the situation. She never once lost contact with me during the years of her representing me, kept me up to date with any and all information during the trial and I’m the end made sure that my daughter was properly taken care of.
