They got me disability and I had another case for workers comp at the same time. After the workers comp was over disability contact me saying they are going to stop my disability payments for 3 months. I called they said that they could not do that. Well they did. I let them know that about a year and a half ago. They said I would get my money back. I have called then they tell me I needed to talk to someone else. I have tried to get the other person to contact me but nothing and I still didn't get my money back

After three times of trying to get my disability I’m still denied. Never really heard nothing from them. So I started on my own contacting senators and every time I called to get a little bit of information from my lawyer that was supposed to be working for me I was always told by Nicole oh you can do it yourself and find it here print it off their , in my very first case the real lawyer Timothy didn’t even go. Sent some young lawyer and I lost. I’ve been out of work 2 1/2 years looking toward another surgery , I can’t hardly walk , can barely use my hands These lawyers is just out for the money and don’t really want to try to help the little man. Hope the lawyer and his staff sleeps well knowing they took everything from a family by giving them hope then leaving them helpless!
