Of I could put a negative 5 stars I would. Absolutley the worst attorney and staff. His paralegal (MS) continously lied to us regarding our case. This law office endorsed a check made out to my husband and then lied and stated they never received it. We received proof that they did in fact receive it and cash the check and have refused to give it back. We demanded they return the money immediately. We have filed a case with the state bar of NC and will proceed to go after the money that is due to us they illegally kept and lied about.

I hired Ellison regarding my real estate case. I wound up losing the case and he blamed me for it, could not have had a worse experience. I contacted his office and no calls were returned. I only found the decision in my case by researching it online.
