I spoke with John Wait over the phone about a matter concerning my rental property that I thought I was managing well enough by myself but wanted to know the worst case scenario where I would need to hire a lawyer. Mr Wait was extremely patient, especially for some random person to call and interrupt his day to ask for advice. He looked up the law on the spot to make sure I had the correct information, we talked through different scenarios and which ways it could turn. He gave me estimates on cost depending on the scenario.
