I went to see Kevin for a traffic ticket. An hour later he was working on other legal issues I had. He offered his advice without hesitation, and continues to do so when I call him. If you're looking for lawyer with a personal feel, Kevin is your guy.

I received a speeding ticket in Forsyth County. I hadn't had a traffic ticket in 30 years. I didn't know anyone in Winston-Salem or even North Carolina to take my case. Over the next few weeks, I surprisingly received several letters in the mail from different attorneys. I spoke with several of them but chose Mr. Altman to represent me. I was from out of town and didn't want to make another trip to Winstom-Salem just for a traffic violation. While speaking with Mr. Altman, he made no promises as to the outcome but was quite sure of the end result. I was completely pleased with Mr. Altman and the outcome. After his appearance in court, he called to tell me the outcome. The speeding ticket, 74/60 was reduced to improper equipment with zero points. If you are looking for an attorney in the Winston-Salem area, you don't have to look any further. The only other choice you can make is without a doubt, less representation. In having to take care of my five outstanding tickets and failure to appear for one, Mr Altman assisted me in handling these and even got the failure to appear dismissed! The whole process took an hour at best and astounded me in how quickly he navigated through each resource needed to reduce my tickets and ended up saving me more than I had paid him! Best experience (and hopefully last!) I could have hoped for!

I had Kevin as my lawyer and he took care of everything for me in my case. If you want a Lawyer to represent you get Kevin. He will take care of the case and you don't have to do anything but talk with him.

Highly recommend John Wait. He was incredibly responsive and delivered a great outcome in handling my out-of-state traffic citation, while doing so at fees significantly less than fees advertised by other attorneys. As an out-of-stater, my options were seemingly limited to paying the $200+ fine and accepting the license points and increased insurance premiums. I was involved in a traffic matter, and the worst case scenario could have been disastrous to me. I contacted Wait Law through their website, and John Wait contacted me the next day. He explained the worst thing that could happen, and then told me it wouldn't. And it didn't. John got things reduced, dismissed, and worked his magic with the court system so my result was something I didn't even believe was possible. To say I've been hesitant to hire a lawyer for anything in the past would be a gross understatement. I've always been one to pay for things even when I couldn't really afford it (and even if I wasn't in the wrong) simply because working with lawyers always sounded like a headache. When John Wait told me he'd "take care" of my (huge) traffic violation I absolutely thought there'd be more red tape than it was worth (I am NOT good with paper work, technicalities, or ANYTHING of that nature...)
