Bill Gifford and Will Martin have been a huge resource for me over the years. If there is a situation that needs input and attention, they have always offered timely and thorough information needed to make sure I am handling all situations with integrity. Martin & Gifford help me focus on correctly doing the legal, ethical and morally right things. This day and age, I don't see how anyone in the Real Estate business in North Carolina could go without having a good working relationship with Martin & Gifford. They are leaders and problem solvers on what's going on within the Real Estate industry today. They are the "go to" firm when needing NC Real Estate industry specific advice. Getting in touch Martin & Gifford before an issue develops has been the best way for me to cover the bases and stay ahead of situations that otherwise might have escalated. This was my first accident and wasn't my fault. I had no clue what to do . He talked to the insurance adjusters for me and gave me the time I needed to heal. Almost a year later, when it came time to settle the claim Mr. Altman was wonderful. He explained everything and worked to get me the best settlement he could and we got it. He went out of his way and I am grateful. Grateful for his honesty and integrity. I would recommend Mr. Altman to my friends.

I am a Realtor that has been in the business for a little over 12 years, and I never thought I'd ever be in a situation where I'd need an Attorney... well, the saying is true that "if you've been in the business long enough someone will make a complaint about you" happened to me. I had a past client file a claim against me to the Real Estate Commission. In my opinion, Kevin Altman is not "just" an attorney, foremost he is a man who keeps his word. That character trait is rare and most valuable in this modern day world. Kevin was referred to me by a client of mine who practices law as well. He described Kevin as a "pit bull" in the matters of law. I totally agree. I was charged with a dwi 2 years ago. So for the past 2 years kevin as showed up and used every opportunity possible to help me with my case. To truly explain how hard kevin fights for his clients and his dedication. I have to exsplain that on the day of my trail. His father had to have emergency heart surgery.Even though i knew he needed to be at the hospital he said we had the best chance to win with the judge who was there. He said if he had to walk out due to being upset he would be back. He fought my case for a hour and a half with true heart and soul. As if he was a friend standing talking for me. The fact that he was going through what he was going through but showed up for me. Tells the story of what an amazingly dedicated person he is. He showed he wasn't just my lawyer. He was someone who care about me as a person and the outcome of my situation. That's the kind of person anyone should have representing them. It is rare to find a person, let alone a lawyer that will sacrifice something they're going through for you. However he did for me and i know he would for u. Navigating a local justice department can be difficult and humbling. Kevin Altman guided my case through with his knowledge of the law and familiarity with the local judicial system. The site rules say don't be too specific so I'll just say this. "Kevin was awesome in front of the judge". He new when to present the case to the judge and exactly what to say. My outcome was the best I could have expected. I will hire Kevin again for any legal needs.

I called several attorneys for help with my speeding ticket. They all told me there was nothing that could be done because I already had points on my license. Mr Altman immediately recognized a strategy to resolve my ticket and presented it to me. It was a little more work on his part but he was willing to do what others wouldn't. I think there are a lot of attorneys who only want to handle things when it's straight forward and easy. Mr Altman's approach is simply to resolve your situation to the best out come and when called for he will get creative in order to make that happen. I will bring all my legal needs to him from now on. I'll never have to wonder if my attorney is working hard and doing everything possible behind the scenes. This guy is on it and he has earned my business.

I've only needed a lawyer a few times in my 65 years but when I needed one this time I was glad to have Kevin Altman on my side. He saved me money by getting my ticket erased,and his charges were reasonable for the time spent. I received a flyer from Kevin when i received my first speeding ticket 2 years ago. I called Kevin and he quoted me an excellent price for his services and told me all the paperwork he needed to assist me. He kept me updated with the events happening and made it possible to where i didn't receive any points on my license. Hopefully i don't receive any more tickets but if it does happen, i will definitely use his services again.

Kevin Altman represented me in court for my first-time offense of speeding in Forsyth County. He charged a fair price to wipe my record clean of this ticket (he got it reduced to improper equipment). Definitely recommend this lawyer for traffic violations!
