There are so many facets to being an outstanding personal injury attorney- dealing with insurance adjusters, medical bills/records, evaluating damages, knowing when to settle a case versus when to take it to trial. Last year I was rear-ended while sitting at a stop light. As soon as the accident happened, I took pictures of my car and sent them to Brian. He went right to work on my case. Disappointing experience. I was set up by my employer to be let go. Originally I contacted this firm because I had a bad feeling I was being set up to be unjustly fired by the new CMO and wanted to see if I would have a case or could protect myself. I was emailed back the copy and paste reply they couldn't help me at that time. Once the "layoff" occurred as I anticipated and I had numerous emails and documentation that I was ignored by HR and set up I contacted Farrin again. I was told they'd look at my case again. They did not want the new/additional information I had collected since my initial inquiry which I thought was odd. The only thing they asked me was what the severance package was (less than half a months pay). I provided that info then to receive an copy and past email back they can't help me with my case. I don't understand how you can be sure you can't help someone without looking at all of the information or having at least one actual conversation with them. Just goes to show lawyers do not care about you as an individual and only want your money and will only give you the time of day if they think you have a huge, groundbreaking case. Don't market yourself as being there for the people and caring when you clearly do not. At minimum you could educate the people seeking help as to why you do or don't think they have a case.

Horrible service I had to do all the leg work. The person who hit me gave us false indication. This attorney was ready to file an uninsured motorists under my policy when I was rear-ended I had to take it upon myself to do research and find the correct insurance company file a claim for the opposing person and get him the correct information it took me all of 3 hours one morning to do this I still have not heard from my attorney my paralegal is out on vacation and my attorney is on maternity leave I had to be reassigned somebody Mr Maddox I've talked to him once and still cannot get a call back probably the worst service I've ever received
