Kevin is fabulous. I have used his services for traffic incidents for over 10 years. He always offers the best advice, positive resolutions for a very fair fee. Recently, I enlisted Kevin for family/custody issues and he researched and thoroughly handled a delicate situation. He is honest, sincere and I can assure anyone that Kevin will always do his best. Mr. Garcia has been a god send in terms of helping me with my disability appeal!! He exceeded my expectations by a mile! There were times when i was so frustrated with the VA and probably came across very angry to Mr. Garcia, even to the point where i had to apologize for coming off that way. I was honorably discharged from the USAF in 1986 after serving 14 years. When I was discharged I applied for service connected disability compensation for various SC health issues, including for my heart. I had open heart surgery while in the military at the age of 25. My compensation claim was disapproved as it was each year after that. From 1986 to 2014 I had disapproval after disapproval for SC compensation. In 2014, I met attorney Brendan Garcia of Veteran's Disability Law Firm. After about one hour he told me I had valid claims for SC disability compensation and if I would give him approximately three years he believed he could get me 100% for my heart. I was both skeptical and excited, Skeptical because of being turned down for 28 years and yet excited because I believed I was talking with someone with a vast knowledge of the VA compensation program. Well, true to his words, three years later I was awarded 100% disability compensation for my heart. He has also helped with many other claims and continues to fight my cause with the Veterans Administration. My story is no different from the many Veterans struggling with poor VSO representation and VA bureaucracy. It serves little purpose for me to highlight the bad because all of our stories are similar in nature—a lackluster VSO coupled with the adversarial VA equals, no results, and ultimately no hope. Instead, I would rather express my praise and gratitude for Brendan Garcia. To provide a brief history, my struggles spanned the course of 5 years. I spent my first year working with a VSO (very bad experience). I moved on to representing myself, which only provided me with the false impression that I had control over my claim (which I did not). After 2 years of roadblocks, I finally made the decision to seek counsel from an attorney. Of all the attorneys I contacted, Brendan immediately impressed me. The moment I first spoke with him (I live in different state from him), it was apparent that he puts his client’s needs above all else. Over the 3 years that we have worked together, he has been my advocate, my counselor, and my friend. Brendan approached each challenge throughout the appeals process in a focused and intelligent manner. When something unfavorable would arise, my reaction was emotional, but Brendan’s was not. He would do his research and find the error in the VA’s reasoning. Brendan would then provide a solution (or an action) to counter the latest challenge. Given VA’s tendency to make mistakes, this was a common occurrence over the course of my appeal. All the while, Brendan responded to my inquiries, provided options, and listened to my rants as if I were his only client—which I was not. I recently received the final decision of my appeal and I am happy to say the VA finally acknowledged the conditions I incurred during service. This would never have come to fruition if not for the guidance, attention-to-detail, dedication/commitment, knowledge, determination, and so forth (the list honestly goes on and on) of Brendan Garcia. Words alone cannot express my gratitude for the things Brendan has done. I wholeheartedly recommend Brendan’s services to any Veteran seeking assistance or considering an appeal.

I used this group for the closing on our new house. They were nice, but the experience wasn't what I had expected. After closing, I'm still having to submit documents for signatures they missed.
