I spoke with John Wait over the phone about a matter concerning my rental property that I thought I was managing well enough by myself but wanted to know the worst case scenario where I would need to hire a lawyer. Mr Wait was extremely patient, especially for some random person to call and interrupt his day to ask for advice. He looked up the law on the spot to make sure I had the correct information, we talked through different scenarios and which ways it could turn. He gave me estimates on cost depending on the scenario. Most of all Mr Wait was very honest, didn't try to sell me services I didn't need, equipped me with the info I did need for success, and welcomed me to call back with any other questions. From the brief phone call interaction I would not hesitate to use the services of Mr Wait should the need arise.
