My sons license was suspended in Tennesee and although Tennesee had cleared him the NC DMV never got the notice. At the DMV office we were told just give it some time. After 4 months and many Uber fares we called graystar. It took a couple weeks but graystar came thru! Maria was great and kept us informed at every step in the process.

I had a phenomenal experience with Graystar legal. Returning home to PA from NC I received a speeding ticket for an 89/65. Currently I’m doing the travel nurse gig and knew I was unable to be at the court hearing so I took to the internet to find some great representation. I couldn’t have picked a better legal firm to represent me. Everyone at the office was kind and reassuring on the phone, quick to respond, and very knowledgeable from the start. My case was reduced to a charge of Improper Equipment. This resolution is a non-moving violation and will not add points to my license or to my insurance! 3 years ago I was wrongly accused and lied on by a Guilford County Sheriffs Officer. Without Attorney Gray’s attention to detail and keen sense of justice I would have had a different outcome. Not only was I found not guilty but with the help of Attorney Gray was able to file a lawsuit and Win. Attorney Derek Gray got a speed reduced to an improper equipment for my newly licensed son, whom a member of the Noth Carolina Highway Patrol conveniently claimed that he was ticketing my son for speeding 20+ mph over the limit. Improper Equipment?! Personally, I think the Patrolman had an improper speed detection device, but I stray from saying that Mr. Gray and his staff were great to speak with, as well as efficient--most of thier interactions with me, who lives in Ohio, were via text or email.

I am very pleased with the service from Graystar Legal. I will definitely use them again if need be. I will recommend them to family and friends.
