Great staff very professional

Attorney Logan was very professional, provided guidance through the entire process, kept me informed of all of my options and ultimately charges were dismissed!

If you want a lawyer to represent your case, this is NOT the guy. He did not plead my case as I requested, he did not mention important issues to the DA, and then did not notify me at all of the outcome of my case until I reached out to them. Details below: I was assured by his staff that he would represent me as I requested but that did not happen, I never spoke with him at all and he only engaged in a couple emails after I was upset about how he represented me. He isn't a lawyer that is available to his clients at all. He was also unconcerned when I discussed that I had had a heart attack and open heart surgery and couldn't pay court fees which I had notified him about through his staff before he took my case, I emphasized how important this was, and followed up with a phone call to his offices at how important that issue was that I have no income and wanted to plead my case reflecting that. His staff assured me that it was noted and understood the importance of this issue. He never mentioned that to the DA. Also: I requested that my case be pled a certain way and without consulting me he pled my case differently leading to a negative outcome for me. He did not represent me as I requested. This is legal malpractice. I will be following up with the state Bar over this issue. His offices also did not notify me of the result of my case for two weeks and then only because I contacted them. Not the lawyer for you. He doesn't seem to care about his clients wishes or interests.
