Wouldn’t recommend. Very unprofessional, they choose not to reply to emails or contacting back when received files via FAX. I Spent an hour on the phone with the VA to request documents for them. They don’t care about time value.
It’s kind of sad, I know I had potential to gain more percentage. They could’ve had their 20% paycut
