No promising the planet and delivering a grain of dirt, the final agreement is exactly what she estimated. Her approach with my case was to work it out in mediation, which I initially thought would be impossible, but she had me grow confident she could along the way, and did. Susan and her team, Brittany Robinson and Kimberly Canter, do not "stuff" the invoices and with ample communication my total by the end of it all was quite reasonable. Most of my communication was with Susan and Brittany, they weren't just my legal team, they were my allies through a difficult time.

Called Brittany several times seeking legal help with my dad, left several messages still no return phone call. If they don’t want to represent SAY SO so I can keep looking.

Very poor communication, which led to great difficulty in accomplishing anything. They also have poor privacy policies, since they broadcasted my personal information to about 40 other people who had nothing to do with my case.
