I have the highest regard for Elise's expertise AND compassion, which really helps when one is struggling with the emotional and financial burdens that motivate you to make an appointment with her in the first place. It was so uplifting to meet with her, and realize that you had a strong advocate in your corner and things were going to get done. Most impressive was how efficiently all the documents were drafted (and explained), and Elise's knack for responding to e-mails with just the right perspective. I highly recommend her as a family law attorney!

Elise Whitley is one of the finest and brightest attorneys I have ever known. I will say that if you need an attorney that has the ability to handle a difficult case where you need a great attorney on your side Jon Kurtz is your man. I started out my divorce proceedings worried about how I was going to look however he managed to find a way to make me look like I could do no wrong. I love this guy and you will too. If you need an attorney who will be aggressive and demand you get all you deserve, Jon is the one to hire.
