I enjoyed my participation in this mock jury. The facilitators were organized, genuine and had patience with those that were having technology issues. They kept us on the same page so we could focus on the case. We were able to provide our thoughts and they made sure everyone was heard.

Working with First Court was very satisfying, and not just because their payments are fair and prompt! I've participated in other focus groups and mock juries, and this was by far the best-organized and most enjoyable. Every aspect of the online Legal Focus Group process was explained in detail, so there were no surprises. All my interactions with the First Court team were warm and respectful, even including gentle humor at times. Observing their interactions with other participants in the online meeting, I realized that's their standard operating procedure. The participants were a diverse group in every respect, and the team ensured that everyone was able to express their opinions, even when a minority position required longer to explain. When we were unsure of or misinterpreted the facts of the case or the legal guidelines, they corrected us in a non-judgmental way. At all times I felt that I was providing an important service of genuine value to the American legal system. I would happily participate again, but of course, they need fresh minds for every case! First Court is definitely not a scam, and I recommend it.
