Brian Ashton fought for my girlfriend after the judge overruled what was already agreed to. Thanks man. That means alot to us.

My experience was the exact same as the review below me.

I was appointed Wartko in a CPS case. I WOULD NEVER recommend him. He refussed to meet me. He never returned a phone call. My only contact was in court and a few returned emails that failed to answer any questions. He is arrogant and dissmisive. I provided him with an abundance of documented evidence,. Including the clear violations of the Ohio Revised Code and corisponding, highlighted printed copies for reference. His response was always to cut me off and say that it was not realavent because the state couldn't prove their case. He allowed whitnesses to make false allegations that could easily be proved incorrect with the documents I provided him, and yet he said nothing during trail. When I pleaded with him to address this is, I was treated with the same dismissal. Over a month ago, and during my open case plan I received a letter stating that he "will no longer be practicing law." To my dismay I was appointed to his partner Ashton. Court is next week and I have yet to receive any contact from Ashton. His secretary, is however very nice and know me by voice, thanks to my repeated attempt to receive the legal counsel in accordance with my constitutional rights.

Brian Malone contacted me and tried to bully and intimidate me. I got the wrong order at the McDonalds located at rte 71 & 18. I was promised refunds over 3 weeks by 2 managers but never received it. Third call I spoke with Brittany who told me managers are instructed to throw away refund requests. Brian was arrogant when he called me. I hung up from him and called McDonalds corporate. He continued to call me 7 times while I was on with McDonalds. The rep asked if it was him and said he was not being very professional. I got a call then a month later from Dawn at his office who apologized and said she would send the refund. At that point I didn't believe anyone associated with Brian Malone. I was right. Brian and his wife Leah Heidman sent me a registered letter threatening me if I ever set foot at any of their McDonalds they would call the police. It cost them more to send the letter than my refund! I've spoken to a few McDonalds managers since and they say their opinion of Brian Malone and Lea Heidman is that they out of control. In my opinion they are so right.
