Katie is literally the best lawyer a girl could ask for. She really does put the work in. She is very straightforward and to the point. She’s not like other lawyers who just want money she wants to help.

I’ve had the pleasure of Katie representing me through a circus of a custody battle with my ex. She is definitely always fighting for you! Almost 2 years and she never once stopped. Hired George Montgomery to represent me at a court for a traffic offence. He came to court ready. I was really happy with the out come. He had done his home work and was ready to do his job, and did it very well.

My first lawyer was new to private practice and not in my county. So she recommended George Montgomery since she had cases where he was the other attorney and she told me he was both reasonable and cared to do the right thing. When I met him he estimated a divorce & custody case would take 7-9 months. Mine was a difficult and very obstructed case and the divorce took 2 years checking all the court's boxes. He guided me from alternate weekend dad of a preschooler and the repeated "unsubstantiated" allegations (CPS apparently never closes fake allegations as "unfounded") to exiting the divorce with Shared (equal) Parenting. Sadly the obstructions and disparagement continued. A couple years later the court made me Legal Guardian. Another few years and I had majority parenting. (Apparently courts prefer to make tweaks to orders and not obviously needed corrections so all this took 8 long years.) I could write far more, such as when my vacations were sabotaged and exchanges manipulated, but George was there through it all. He and his staff don't focus on fancy or elegant offices, but do serve clients well.
