While I would emphasize that these people were professional and courteous, what they advertise about how they can help you with slanderous/libelous comments on Facebook is a farce! While we did get the comment removed by the moderator, I was not restored to page membership, and he was not forced to write a retraction. Consequently, this person gets away with what he wrote and no one knows the true story. Gettng Facebook to do anything is virtually impossible, and it is unfortunate that people are allowed to post whatever they want online with no recourse or compensation. Freedom of speech is fine---IF YOU ARE TELLING THE TRUTH AND HAVE FACTS...otherwise, there should be no limitation on how you cn be prosecuted!!! Minc will try to tell you that they don't think they can get you any compensation, AFTER the fact, but will be happy to tell you how they can help you and bill you $15,000 as they attempt to "help" you with your case. Again, they were professional, and the comment was removed, but that's where they threw their hands in the air and did not want to go forth as I had instructed. They need to do as the client requests, because sometimes the client is smarter than they are!
