The customer service here has always been pleasant, and my complaint is not about the debt itself or anyone I’ve dealt with, but the payment systems in place. They changed things so that it costs money to pay your monthly instalment, unless you mail them a check, or drop it off in person. I live an hour away so dropping off a check is wildly inconvenient, and not happening with my busy work and school schedules, and mailing them anything is proving to be extremely unreliable. I sent my check 12 days in advance of when it was due on the 1st. I called to follow up today (the 3rd) as the money hadn’t yet left my account, and they said they haven’t received anything since last month. So now my payment is late. They offered me the option to pay online (costs nearly $5) or to pay over the phone (also costs nearly $5). These are not good solutions. I should not have to pay extra to simply pay my bill. This is the only company I’ve ever seen who makes paying your bill this difficult. I understand they’re not responsible for the postal service, of course, but the lack of other options that don’t include additional fees is just absurd.

Goldstein & Goldstein are the best!!! Kyle Crane was my attorney and I couldn’t have gotten a more hard working, dedicated, most forth coming attorney! I am so appreciative towards Kyle Crane!! He has the best attitude and never gave up on me or my case!! He stuck in the there until the end and left no rock unturned!! Thank you so much for being you!!!! My Mother died Nov. 18, 2014 due to medical malpractice at Summa health Center (City Hospital) In Akron and Howard Mishkind took the case. About a year into the Case he backed out after getting all the information. Please help because it was clear that the surgeon made a critical mistake resulting in her death.

This person I tried to speak to; Rob Friedman, was completely rude. I have no problem filing a counter claim. $15K seems like a lot… all of which I’m going to ask for. And based on his unwillingness, I’d bet on me. This “firm” is a joke. They represent the most abysmal. I’m not sorry, I’m going to have fun showing evidence of your client’s ignorance and shady behavior. $15K… I can ask for it

I had no choice but to work with this office and I have NEVER experienced a more disorganized, unresponsive, unreliable attorneys office! I will never work with them again.

This place is horrible, the client they represent filed eviction after I had to return back to a nursing home after my fall. They are pursuing wage garnishment now, glad to see they don't care about people in this world and are cut-throat, knee capping type people. Pursuing wage garnishment after I had to go to a nursing home. Hope you're happy with yourselves. They send you a letter and when you try to call them, they never pick up. Very unprofessional people.

I was in a major car accident (not my fault). I called Friedman Dominio and Smith. They told me I had a case. Then they cancelled me. I was referred to Attorney Goldsteins office thru someone else and they took my case. They kept in contact with me about the case and they got me a settlement (which other attorney's office said I didn't have a case anymore). Thank you, Kyle, for all your help and getting me a settlement, I was told I couldn't get. So, if you need an attorney go with Goldstein & Goldstein.

I have had a great experience with this law firm. I was updated throughout the whole process until the end. Kudos to the team and Goldstein & Goldstein.
