This place is horrible rude it’s a shame I think her name is Lori she is terrible she should not be able to work at a law firm or anywhere the way she talks to people she is very disrespectful I’ve over paid by almost 600 an she had the nerve to not like my tone after it was over paid from the second payment from the start were at payment 4 I think I’m allowed to be ip set then she had the audacity to hang up on me after I have been calling for 2 weeks no answer leaving unanswered voicemails I’m still trying to figure out how that level of unprofessionalism is allowed makes them really look like crooks do be

This company that represents K&D Management had a default judgement against us stating that they served us by certified mail to appear in the court. The first time I found out about their lawsuit was when I received a letter from my employer that my wages would be garnished. K&D Management waited 5 years to file a lawsuit against us for breach of contract stating we moved out before the lease expired. They waited 5 years because they know that no one would hold on to their documentation for so long to combat the lies they would tell in order to get money from innocent people. I will be paying them, however, I will be filing a suit against K&D management to reclaim our money. They stated in the lawsuit that they were not able to re-rent the apartment until 9 months later and I have gathered my evidence that this is contrary to the facts. This apartment was re-rented 3 months after we moved out because the school district called us to update our address because they had confirmation that another student was registered at the address. I also have confirmation from the utility company that another tenant had utilities registered in their name for the same period they are claiming the apartment was not rented. I. WILL. GET. MY. MONEY. BACK. Trust and believe!

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL , TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE , DOESN’T KNOW HOW TO FOLLOW UP CORRECTLY . DOESN'T GIVE YOU ANY INFORMATION TO HELP . ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE ALL AROUND THE BOARD . WILL IGNORE YOU TO NO ANSWER QUESTIONS THEY DON’T LIKE AND ACT LIKE THEY HAVEN’T RECEIVED VOICEMAILS WHEN SOMEONE DOES FINALLY PICK UP . A PATHETIC BUSINESS THAT NEEDS TO BE REVIEWED !!

Just rude and unprofessional. Secretary doesn't have a clue. These people are vultures!

This is a fraudulent company, do not pay them any money. Lawyers CAN NOT act as alleged debt collectors and they violate privacy laws when they send letters through U.S. mail to extort you for money you don’t owe. Wake up ppl when we contract with these companies, our signatures give them credit. They collect from the department of treasury then try to double charge you. Start reading these contracts yall sign giving these companies yall credit. This isn’t legal advice.

Kyle crane worked on our case. It took some time but he worked hard to get us the money we deserved and more. Very pleased and appreciative.
