Hello everyone. I usually do not write reviews. This one is a doozy. I had a debt from 09. Out of nowhere, it came back in 23. The way it's set up is to keep one in debt with the interest. I paid over 1500 of the debt. It went doormat in 16. I encountered a rep by the name of Caletta. I wanted to understand their math. Ms. Caletta energy is mean. However, Ms. Debbie helped me understand better. Blessings to Ms Debbie! My attitude was catch me 1st since you want to be mean. I will make effort now bc of Ms Debbie. I still believe their is a statue of limitation on collecting debt of an eviction. If ur able to pay the debt, then negotiate the interest..good luck yall

Rude, heartless employees. I get its a collection company but a little customer service skills go a long way. Not on top of things. They like to scare folks into paying but don't actually have their ducks in a row. K and d is a good one for all of you out there. But I strongly encourage you do do your research on the laws

Very unreasonable. They represent K&D I gave them a 90-day notice because I was getting married and I moved. They said I was supposed to inform them 3 months before my lease was up. So I still had to pay for the rest of the year. Which was 4 months, even though they rented my apartment to someone else 2 weeks after I moved out.

What kind of payment system doesn't accept a credit union?
