Honestly, the best advice I could give someone is to seek assistance from Kahn & Associates. I had a 2021 KTM motorcycle under warranty that had a starting issue and despite countless attempts to resolve the issue with KTM and the authorized dealer, I was receiving no help. I ultimately felt helpless and that I was being taken advantage of. The issue was even duplicated by the dealership yet KTM refused to address the issue. In a last ditch effort, I contact the firm and it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. From the beginning, they were very helpful and we were able to get the issue resolved quickly. I was extremely satisfied and I highly recommend them. Although I hopefully never have to go through this again, Kahn & Associates is who I would trust in the future. I’m very grateful for the help I received.
