This law firm did a great job. I’m was trying to resolve a consumer issue with Dodge Ram. Dodge has had a series of problems with chips and this firm was able to at least get some compensation for me as a consumer. I very much appreciate the work they did for me and recommend them for your consumer issues.

They communicated with me throughout the entire process. When I received my first offer I wasn’t completely satisfied and I was asked what I wanted. The firm was very efficient, communicative, and professional though friendly. Everything moved very easily, and they worked hard to make sure all was accomplished long distance from my home. The time involved in the case was quite reasonable, and a clearly acceptable settlement was achieved. I appreciated so much their advice, having never been involved before in a case.

I am currently in the utilization of Kahn and Associates representation in my lemon law case for my 2022 Wagoneer. Upon initial acceptance of the case, communication and status updates were provided efficiently. As time has gone on, my lawyer Dan Scharville has been impossible to get ahold of and has provided no status updates of any sort. I am leaving multiple voicemails to pass on critical information regarding my case. I have yet to receive a return call in weeks while still maintaining vehicle issues. I will update this review upon conclusion of my case although have my fingers crossed for the time being that Dan is still vigorously working on my case and attaining repurchase of our 2022 Wagoneer that has had consistent problems that meets all the requirements of the Lemon Law (6 visits for the same issue, 30 days in service and out of my custody, safety concerns, and over 9 individual issues) I am slightly disappointed, to say the least at this moment, with such a highly rated law service.

I am very happy with Kahn & Associates and their handling of my Lemon Law Claim against Mercedes Benz USA. From the time I contacted them online until I received a check was about two months. I had owned my new 2023 MB GLC 300 for about seven months, it was nothing but a headache from day one. MBUSA and the dealer said there was nothing they would do, either put up with it or sell it as there was no fix. After filling out a brief questionnaire with Kahn & Associates they contacted me and said that I qualified for a Buy Back. I settled with the first offer from MBUSA which was giving me back full sales price, sales tax and dealer fees. If it wasn't for Kahn & Associates I would either be still driving the GLC or had lost about $7,000. trade in. Thanks again all at Kahn !
