I highly recommend Kahn & Associates for anyone who has to deal with the lemon law for a car they have. They made it a fast and simple process, and answered any questions I had. They saved me more money as the manufacture wanted to deduct mileage of the car from my refund. My attorney informed me that they cannot do that in my state. Overall I am very satisficed with the services Kahn & Associates provided. Update 4/9/2023 I cannot say how great theses people are. I was having some trouble after my settlement and they helped me again. I would recommend Kahn & Associates to anyone needing assistance with the lemon law.

I am so grateful and thankful for the help that attorney Daniel Scharville and the paralegal Victoria did. They are an amazing team I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I bought a brand new 2023 Chevrolet Tahoe rst that started to make engine noise a few months into ownership. I took it to the dealership and they told me this was normal. Engine noise on a new expensive vehicle is not normal they had my truck for five weeks only to tell me this is normal. I tried speaking to the staff at the dealership and everyone blew me off. I was so disappointed because when they wanted me to buy the truck they were calling me everyday and when I needed customer service no one would help. Typical law firm that is interested in getting their money the fastest they can. Hired them back in May after dealing with a year and a half of issues with my brand new car (2022 Taos). I was without my vehicle that was in the shop for four months for a full head gasket replacement. They did call every few weeks to get a status update but we didn't have much info to give them as the car was in the shop the whole time. The attorney happened to call like two days after the vehicle was back in my possession but we had gone out of town and I hadn't had a chance to really drive it outside of the 3 minutes from the dealership to my home and so I asked for more time to be able to drive it and make sure there were no issues. He literally called me the following morning and basically said my options were to settle or walk away, I could have no more time (I only wanted to be able to drive it for a week, which was mentioned on the call when I got the car back). At the end of the day we got a settlement we are okay with, but given that we had such major issues I had a lot of hesitation doing something that quickly but felt very pressured to do so. Hoping we never have to use them again and will be doing a lot more research on car brands prior to my next purchase.

Kahn & Associates worked quickly to settle my claim against Ford Motor Co. involving my 2018 Focus transmission. Although there is no way Ford will do a buy-back, the good folks at Kahn & Associates cut me a break on their fees so that I may use the settlement to purchase an extended warranty to cover the Focus as long as I own it.
