Absolutely unprofessional. Lori Sustin was the person I dealt with and just as everyone else here has said, she was incredibly rude and unhelpful and ended up hanging up on me. She talked over me while I tried to explain what I was trying to find out. Avoid if at all possible.

I would highly recommend Mr. Mishkind to any friend or family member who needed legal help with a medical issue. Mr. Mishkind represented me in my vaccine injury case and I was very glad that he and his professional staff were fighting for me when I needed help. The legal process is complicated and time consuming, but I could always rely on Mr. Mishkind to answer my questions both on the phone and via email. He provided guidance along the way and fought hard for a fair and just settlement. I felt that he had a very good understanding of my situation and and I couldn't have asked for a better attorney.

The person i talked to name Lori was VERY rude raised her voice and even hung up the phone.

Had nothing but problems. They kept losing my files until I made 2 phone call in 5 min. and found records myself. Then miraculously after months my files where found. It appears in Ohio like Alabama money talks or incompetence rules. I know which one I think.

Howard Mishkind, and his dedicated staff were very kind, polite, patient and professional with me during my unfortunate illness and subsequent litigation. I was not always available or able to communicate with them effectively, but they were more than patient and compassionate in every conversation and face to face meeting, for the three years that we have had to deal with this circumstance. The entire staff was timely in responses to phone calls, emails and office visits. They also showed my mother the same courtousy as was shown me. Also, they were very clear and concise as what to expect and the time frames in which to expect it in. At no point did I feel as if my questions were too dumb, no my answers to there questions for me. my family and I were always treated with respect, no matter who we talked to in the office. The entire office was also willing to work with my current circumstances and abilities to come to an agreeable end. I highly recommend everyone at this firm for your needs when they arise.

Probably one of the worst phone calls ive had to make. I didnt get names but the first woman i talk to was fine. Professional and seemingly willing to help. The second woman though once i got transfered was HORRIBLE. I believe she was likely in the billing department if i had to guess. Gave me attitude from the very beginning and treated me like i was stupid. And i didn't call yelling, didnt call giving her lip, didnt call saying anything foul to her.Yes; i had called the wrong place and didnt need to talk to her about my case but there was no need to get rude with me *literally the entire time*. The entire conversation was unprofessional.

If you want a law firm to represent your business with no integrity, lack or morals, lack of civil procedure knowledge this is the firm for you! This law firm clearly misrepresented a judgment, failed to follow civil procedures in an attempt to garnish a bank account. It is clear they failed to follow the channels to do so, and are facing the consequences as we speak. PFL, acts with unclean hands when filing civil procedures, and intentionally defrauds the defandts.

Laurie S. makes the entire company look bad. The receptionists are really nice, but her...?...She makes them seem so unprofessional. She hung the phone up on me twice, and was extremely rude and should not be an employee ANYWHERE with the type of attitude. She first did this six months ago when I initially spoke with her, and today she did the same thing. If I were an employer, she would not be the type of person representing my business because she makes it come off as ghetto and tacky. The ONE star I gave was for the receptionist because she's the only one that seems to operate with any intelligence from that place (at least from the 3 people I spoke with)...but Laurie???....She's a big B word. Hiding behind the phone with all that attitude but I'd be willing to bet, she wouldn't face to face. Just trash...Passing this info on to as many people as I can...networking is everything...and so is word of mouth. She's pure trash I tell ya....just...distasteful....

I wish I could give them a 0. I had been making monthly payment to the over the course of about two years. When I finally paid them off I requested a letter to be sent stating that I was paid in full. The lady was a little hesitant to send me that. I'm not sure why. about a year goes by and I'm trying to buy a car. I notice that it's reflection on my credit report still open in collection. Long story short, even after disputing it, it's still reflecting on my credit report. I call the agency that it showing on my credit report and they say that they show NO payment history from me. I explained the situation and said I had paid that off through a third party collection agency two years ago! He said that they had not contacted them with any form of payment. I have printed off every statement with proof of payment of it for two years and I'm prepared to send it in. I'm waiting to get off of work so that I can give Powers Friedman & Linn a piece of my mind!
