I called due to some issues with a recent home purchase and they offer free consultations. I called and talked to Jeffrey for almost 30 minutes on the phone, he was so patient with me, thoroughly listened to me, and explained what I needed to know and needed to bring to see if I had a case. We went over the whole situation and then met in person, where he and another lawyer went through all my documents to see what my options were. They provided several options for ways to proceed with the goal of maximizing the money I receive, which meant that their first three options didn’t even involve them! I really appreciated the honesty and transparency and earnest desire to help! They prepared me for multiple scenarios and sent me home. And the craziest part was that this was all just the free consultation! For comparison, I called another lawyer for a free consultation. I got a 10-minute conversation while the guy was in his car on the way somewhere else, he offered me one solution that would cost me about $500 off the get go, and that was it. I would heartily recommend J.W. Krueger Law in a heartbeat, and I have whenever anyone has mentioned possibly needing a lawyer!

There are a lot of attorneys out there, believe me I know. I had a friend refer me to Michael and he was what an attorney should be. My first attorney was terrible to me and after being in horrible car accident, that is last thing you need. At are first meeting, Attorney Michael Saltzer, took time to explain, answer my questions and get to know me, which is a rare concept these days. Your case could also can take a while so a strong sound relationship with your attorney is important. Attorney Michael Saltzer, was exceptional with my case and took care of me like I was a member in his family. Michael answers all calls, emails, and texts, he treats your case as important to him as it is to you. If you are in need of a strong, knowledge, honest, compassionate, and excellent attorney, there is no need to look any further.

I don’t recommend this place. My accident happened in 2017 and I have yet to get any sort of compensation from them. Every time I call or email—it’s other BS I don’t care about. My case has been in the same status for over a year now.

I contracted a aggressive bone infection in my left thumb from a cut I received from a nail salon in 2015 which caused me to be admitted into the hospital for next day surgery. Fortunately, the doctors were able to save my thumb. After leaving hospital, I contacted a person injury law firm to sue this nail salon. The first attorney who represented me filed a complaint and then just sat on the case and did nothing for almost a year. I contacted the lawyer to complain about his services and lack thereof. Two weeks later, I am informed this Attorney had resigned from the firm and my case had now lost so much evidence and investigation of nail salon negligence that had not been investigated earlier that could have used as evidence but could not be reversed because I was into a second year of my case so I felt my case was going south until I received a call from my prior Attorney's Assistant, Michael Saltzer who explained that he would be representing me and taking over my case. Michael was very Frank and explained to me that because of the time frame and lost evidence, the case was not that strong but he felt there was potential. For the first time ever, I was receiving weekly calls and updates on my case from Michael. In addition, I did what I could to assist Michael with any evidence and or leads that would help my case, after all, it was my case. To make a long story short, Michael communicated with me, sent me correspondence, fought like a warrior with opposing counsel by filing appropriate legal documents. Michael knows his work and he encountered issues that most attorneys have no patience, however, he persevered and won my case after taking over the sloppy seconds of another attorney and I am forever Grateful! because I truly believe I would have lost my case if it weren't for Michael and his expertise in personal injury. Michael won my case and I was paid. I have fully recovered from my bone infection and I am grateful. I highly recommend Michael Saltzer as a personal injury Attorney. He actually cares and will fight for you and win your case. He is experienced and professional. He is the Attorney with a Heart.

I was involved in a accident more than 3 years ago. I had hired another Atty. who told me he would not be working on my case anymore. I was worried to death that I would be turned over to some,run of the mill Atty. I was so very wrong, Atty Michael. Saltzer met with me immediately...I was so happy ,that he explained everything ,so i could understand.He was honest,told me that we may have to go to court,I was not at all happy about that,and the fact of how much longer it would take ,to resolve my case...not only did we reach an agreement with insurance co.the amount he got for me was way more than I had expected,from what first Atty. told me,and within a few months,without going to court.. Thank you so much Atty. Saltzer for caring and doing an amazing job for me.. hopefully I will never need an atty. again,if I do ,you will be hearing from me..

I initially contacted this law firm and signed all the paperwork I was given, yet have not been contacted with a follow up or sent any information as to when, what, how, etc is happening. I will modify this review as we continue to move through this process, to keep any future customer’s as informed as possible about this companies business practices and professionalism. Pt. 2 Immediately after voicing my concerns I was given an immediate call. The receptionist was very kind, polite and professional. She went above and beyond on our phone call, by researching doctors that accept my medical. This was a major help for me, considering, I’m a small business owner. I’m adding another star for this and will update this post further to inform you on the readiness to work hard to improve any possible settlement. (I was backed into by a semi tractor trailer, while unloading my trailer, which threw me onto my back and almost ran over my legs!)
