Yuspeh and Rappaport are two of the most hard working and zealous advocates on behalf of their clients. The impressive results they're able to achieve wouldn't come about if it wasn't for their remarkable support staff, extensive experience in handling a vast variety of injury and accident claims, as well as other areas of civil litigation. There's an unfortunate growing trend for attorneys to put the needs of their clients second, while focusing on their attorney fees first instead. In addition, a declining level of knowledge and expertise seems to be emerging among attorneys; especially at large firms. You absolutely do not need a large law firm to take on the largest companies (insurance and otherwise) and their defense firms. You need the dedication and passion for their clients that Jason Rappaport and Andrew Yuspeh have.

My case wasn't the biggest case but it was important to me. In addition, the original attorney given my case didnt follow through and left the case, Michael inherited it. Michael picked up EVERY call and answered every text. When I say he listened, HE DIDNT CUT ME OFF, you can always hear the compassion in his voice. Michael was also very honest. Where the original attorney felt my case waa worth X amount (highly inflated), Michael set reasonable expectations but told me what he was going to try to get for me and, HE GOT IT. I could also tell during my deposition and mediation that Michael is well respected by his peers, he really knows his stuff. I hope to never be injured again, but if I am, Michael is the FIRST person i would call.

On 5/17/2017 I had my foot smashed in the elevator at work. Michael did a fantastic job of getting the most settlement I could get. He cares about his clients, very easy to deal with. In my eyes he goes above and beyond. He deserves a 10 out of 5 rating.

On may 27, 2016, I was hit by a car while riding my bicycle. I was pretty shaken up and taken by ambulance to the ER. I hired Mr. Saltzer to represent me for this accident. I was impressed with his knowledge in the area of personal injury and insurance law. The person that hit me only had $25,000 in coverage.
