Divorces are painful, and can be combative and expensive. With Ann in my corner, things worked out reasonably well. The opposing counsel was simply outgunned and outclassed. She's tenacious and thorough. One thing that I would suggest for folks going through this is - think about the implications of finances both during and after the process is over and be selective about the things worth fighting over. Things are easily replaced -don't spend 5K arguing over 3K worth of stuff (and yes Ann told me this at the time but I didn't appreciate it until years later).

I found working with Matthew Barbato extremely easy. He is smart and very professional. He kept me fully informed throughout the process to a satisfactory conclusion. I highly recommend Matt and would hire him again if the need ever came along.

Mr.Barbato is wonderful. This man has given me hope in my custody case. Without him no doubt in my mind that I would still be fighting just to see my kids again. The moment he became my attorney so much was lifted off of my shoulders and everyrhing started becoming brighter and getting better. I really am so appreciative of him and so grateful. I was well represented by Ann Crossman in a nasty divorce and am quite pleased. Sure while it's going on its stressful and expensive. Every divorce is. There's a system in place that doesn't feel fair but a good attorney makes sure you are treated fairly. Ann Crossman was always throughly prepared.

Just a heads up fro those who may be considering this attorney - Frances Ann Crossman has a reputation throughout the legal community for being "notoriously difficult". Not that she is a effective attorney by any means, rather that she has a knack for generating conflict so that she can artificially inflate her bill. Two clients that have used her had bills of almost $40,000 each. Despite promising the moon and stars she delivered a sad performance in the courtroom on both occasions. One was lucky to win a 50/50 arrangement and the other lost miserably. She's all about the money when her clients are going through a difficult time and it certainyl shows.

I first met Dave when I hired him for my divorce. I knew right away that he was going to be the right attorney for me. Dave informed me of all the possible hurdles that I would experience during the process in the beginning. This helped me out when things did not always go as planned in the system. Dave always maintained honesty and transparency during one of the most difficult times in my life. I have since used Dave in additional proceedings and he was always been dependable, reliable, and consistent. I strongly recommend Dave for your legal needs.

Mr. McNamee took on my case for divorce. Obviously this was the worst thing I've ever experienced. After our first meeting and consultation I knew I had the right attorney for me. We have a minor child and he really cared about her and wanted to help me figure out how to not only get this divorce over with but to help me fight for my child and he wanted to make sure that my ex and I both knew and understood that our child is the number one priority. That was all I cared about the moment I knew this was happening, and that was important to him. We had a few conversations and he laid out to me what I would be obligated for, which I appreciated. He then asked me what I wanted out of this and that was huge in my eyes. So after our meeting my ex wife and I had a meeting with Mr. McNamee and we came up with a deal for dissolution. It worked well for us both. The office staff is wonderful, very responsive, caring and there for you. You get much more than an attorney, at times it was like having a coach and other times it was like having a teammate. I was never left wondering, my questions were never unanswered, I felt like I was very important from start to finish. Thank you so much, this chapter of my life is now closed and I couldn't have done it without Mr. McNamee and his staff.

Do not hire him for a criminal case. David tell people you don't have the experience to represent a criminal case. You rarely showed up in court, sent your assistance. Shame on you for not accomplishing what you said you would.
