Mr. Barbato, I was overwhelmed with the great outcome yesterday and didn't take the time to say thank you properly. I truly appreciate you treating my case as a regular client. I had previously spoke with another attorney who said a minimum of 30 days jail time was unavoidable but you were able to make it happen. My family is so grateful for that I cannot begin to thank you enough. You went above and beyond my expectations!! Although I do not plan to need an attorney for legal troubles ever again, your name will be my only recommendation to others if they do!! Thank you again!!

Got me out of a lot of trouble

My mother went through a nasty divorce that nearly broke her but with the help of David she was able to save what little she had and recoupe what she had lost. David made sure despite the lengthy case time that my family was taken care of. I cannot say enough about this person. He is compassionate and genuinely cares about the people he works for. I have recently sent him a friend and he has agreed to take her on and I cannot be happier about it if you are looking for results and to be represented quite simply David is the person to talk to.

Dave has been my attorney for nearly 10 years. He came highly recommended from other professionals at the Municipal Court Level. He has always been prompt to return calls and address issues, even after business hours. Most significantly, Dave helped me endure and concur a 4 1/2 year divorce battle. Dave has become more just my attorney, he is a friend. I have recommended him to many friends and family. they all later thank me for referring them to Dave McNamee!

I retained David for my messy divorce and custody case. David is incredibly intelligent and methodical. He doesn't forget a detail and is always responsive to questions and phone calls. When emotional issues came up and I was a hot mess he calmly put me back in perspective all the while keeping my best interests protected. He is fair and objective. I have been represented by Mr. McNamee, mainly for family law and have found him to be very knowledgable and aggressive. As with most legal issues, "hurry up and wait" are two contants, but David always has a well prepared strategy that takes in the whole picture.

I went into a divorce without a lawyer. When things started to crumble after I signed everything I reached out to Dave, on a Sunday, and he immediately started helping me. I can't say enough positive things about him.. Everything he's said from that Sunday on, over a year ago, has happened, and it's all been good. I've recommended him to my friends and family if they ever need any type of legal advice. He will tell you like it is but do the right thing for you to help you get to where you need to be.

Mr. Macnamee took on my dissolution which turned into a divorce over time. I had a particularly violent divorce with many police reports filed. David regularly failed to infom me of his dealings with the counsel and did absolutely opposite as I asked. He failed to file paperwork as needed and had a weird habit of blaming others for his laziness. I sought change of counsel midway through the divorce but couldn't afford it. However, during the consults with the other attorneys, it was apparent they were appalled at the sloppy case work he performed. I was asked over and over why I declined to this and that and why I wasn't filing a CPO and the sort. I couldn't answer. When they asked who my attorney was and I told them...both shook their heads and were within only a few words apart to describe David Macnamee, "You'll get represented but you won't get an attorney." Avoid this guy at all costs. He is just simply lazy.

I consulted David McNamee when my wife said that she wanted a divorce, and wanted to force me out of my house and my marriage with no money, and told me she was hiring a lawyer, because I would not agree to her crazy demands. After Talking to Dave for 10 minutes, I knew I had the right attorney. He dissected her finances on a piece of paper in minutes, and told me point blank, that not only would I NOT have to leave broke, but I was entitled to WAY more than the pitiful amount she offered me. He kept his word every step of the way, returned every single phone call, and was a very clear head at times when I was in a panic. His staff is amazing, and together they are a wonderful team. When the day came for our final divorce hearing, he gave my wife's lawyer an absolute shellacking, that I wish could be video taped and played every year on my anniversary. He absolutely obliterated and embarrassed her counsel, won me hundreds of thousands of dollars, and then walked out like he was late for lunch. My wife and her counsel just sat there stunned like a deer in the headlights as he consistently made his formidable presence felt in the courtroom as he shot down argument after argument, and won point after point. It was all I could do to not let out a victory yell. I paid him $3,000 and its the best money I ever spent. Now my wife pays ME every month, and not the other way around. And she will be for years to come :) How many guys can say THAT? If you dont hire him, your ex might, and then you're gong to be in trouble....Trust me.

David McNamee is one of the most successful attorneys practicing in the Greene, Montgomery and Warren County courts. He is especially good at domestic relations matters, traffic matters and criminal defense. David is intelligent, has common sense and respectful of clients. He listened very carefully to me and it was quite obvious he knows and is well liked by those who operate the courts. Probably his greatest strength is his ability to carefully select a legal strategy and then execute it with professionalism. Simply put, he is not afraid to fight for his clients! All of these depictions have made David very successful. Besides, he is a great guy and he projects a zest and enjoyment for what he does for a living!

David counseled me through my divorce recently an though it was lengthy he was always very helpful and understanding with all the questions I've had.
