Rude....inconsiderate......i could go on but you get the point. (Its called empathy for the situation...I was by no means hysterical..... Time is money though... that’s was the attitude from the moment the phone was picked up)

I had seen Skip’s reviews on google, and was very pleased with his 5 star ratings. I called Skip on a Saturday, spoke with him personally which was very nice and unexpected, and he had listened to the importance of my case, he was aware of the county I was in, knowing it was 1 hour away from him. He acknowledged this and I asked if my situation sounded like something he would be willing to take on. He assured me that he does these types of cases and situations for a living and was More then willing. I wanted to schedule a consultation with him, and he said he was not near his calendar and for me to call him Monday morning to set up an appointment. Come Monday, I called him Monday afternoon, his secretary Summer who was very nice, took my info down, for a quick sum up of my situation, and told me Skip handles his own appointments, he was on the phone and would contact me in about 15/20 mins maybe an hour depending on who he’s speaking with. Okay, so I didn’t hear anything the rest of the day, which is understandable I know he has to be busy. Tuesday, nothing. Wednesday, Nothing still. Today is Thursday, I called again just to see what was going on and spoke with Summer again. I said he never gave a call back and was just wondering if he was able to schedule yet due to the severity of my case. She said “ let me look at his notes, okay it says here that he wrote he does not handle criminal cases in your county”. Um okay, I said “ I spoke with him saturday and he specifically said he knew I was 1 hour away and that was okay?” She replied “ I’m just looking at his notes would you like a referral for another attorney?” To me this was just very unprofessional. I really was looking forward to speaking with someone I thought had good reviews and would take the time to be on my side considering they knew all of this 5 days ago, now they don’t do my county? He could have atleast called me back and told me himself, or had Sunmer courteously call me back and let me know that herself since he wrote it in his ”notes”? I canceled appointments with 4 other attorneys who were closer to me all to have an appointment with Skip. I just think to let someone hang without a call back who was actually depending on that consultation is really unprofessional and low...
