Tsilimos, Dolesh, & Peña is a firm that cares about its clients and its community. The firm has a nice office that is neither intimidating nor stuffy - and the culture of the office reflects this. The attorneys are down-to-earth, relatable, and passionate about what they do. I am a law student at CWRU Law and I am president of the Hispanic Law Student Association. Recently, one of TDP's partners, Albert Peña, spoke at our event for Hispanic Heritage Month. Mr. Peña discussed diversity in the workplace, the lack of Latino attorneys in Cleveland, and his own experiences as a Dominican attorney from NYC. Our group members and audience were absolutely enamored with Mr. Peña - he was well-spoken, funny, and honest. He stayed well after the end of the event, talking to students, networking, and giving last minute advice.
