Wonderful service and dedication. Office staff was extremely pleasant, and Attourney Pena was excellent. It's was nice that they spoke Spanish too. Overall experience was great. I had two not at fault accidents that TDP handled and the fees they had to withhold due to insurance coverage purposes was explained to me in detail in advance, and it ended up being fully returned to me, because the insurance covered it. It was a pleasant and unexpected suprise when I got the call a few months after my settlement that I had more money. I worked for an excellent personal injury/workers compensation attorney for several years and I know how long these kind of cases can take to settle because of the insurance companies trying to give poor settlements. TDP went out of their way to ensure that did not happen even when the other parties insurance was trying to deny liability. I got even more than I could have expected because of the dilligent work of TDP. When the attorney I used to work for retired I wasn't sure who to contact after being in an accident, but I was most certainly pleased by the service of TDP and highly reccomend them.
