If you have this guy as a public defender go ahead and just hang it up because he's not going to fight for you he doesn't care he never contacts you you try to call his phone it rings busy and never goes through horrible excuse for an attorney

Worst mistake of my life hiring this guy . Horrible experience waste of money if you are looking for an attorney DO NOT HIRE THIS PERSON . Reported him to the State of Ohio bar association, Fairfield bar association and working on more . This guy is a scum . Deserves - stars .

This attorney does not deserve a single star. He is abusive toward people with disabilities. He misspelled my street address 7 times in one month, thus never actually providing the required legal service. I have reported him to the Ohio Bar association. He’s also quite pathetic. When I called him about the address misspellings he hung up on me. I called back and he said he was calling Harding hospital. Big tough bully attorney that can’t spell 5 letter words.

I would rate them zero stars if I could. I have been lied to and promised stuff before but never this bad. Roger was rude, unorganized, and nothing but chaotic every time I talked to him. He pushed me back every time I talked to him and when I finally could talk to him, he never remembered me sending my information to him and what we discussed either time before. They did not help me at all with my case and didn’t even get back to me after making me miss my court date. I cannot stress this enough, Do not use this law firm for any reason this was a complete joke and the most disrespectful business I have ever dealt with in my entire life. I can’t even believe they actual practice law and treat people this way.

If I give a 0 star I would. He represented 2 members from my family, which is against the law, then sided with the member that was longer standing. Didn't do what he said he was going to do and threatened to call the police on me when I was against him having my mom sign documents that she later regrets signing. He took money from me and refused to refund it for talking to me for 20mins. He is Crooked and if you have any questions ask me before you hire him.

I spoke with Roger Weaver himself and was quite surprised to hear how dismissive and rude he was regarding my case. Simply needed legal advice and without really providing much of an answer, hangs up on me without much of any notice. Have never had a law group act in such a way and was deeply disappointed by his disregard for my case and situation. Would not recommend at all. 0/10 rating. There are plenty of other law groups in the area who are actually willing to hear out your case and give a constructive and considerate answer. I hardly ever take time to leave reviews but this treatment stood out so much that I had no other choice.

When my hubby passed away our mortgage bank refused to turn over his assets to me. Weaver law offices helped me to get the results I deserved. They made phone calls to try to reason with the bank and then when the bank refused to turn over my hubby’s assets, they helped me with the probate process. Many thanks to the friendly Weaver Law office! I highly recommend them!

Robert was amazing He answeref all my questions and gave me confidence and understanding of what was going on. Absolutely would recommend them and did not charge for his advice and help, such a wonderful person would absolutely recommend.

Weaver law office is great and knows their stuff. They were very nice to us after my father in laws died.
