This place is the worst choice if you don't already understand the process. Not only did Roger Weaver ask me if I wasting his time, his clerk also sent information over to me that had someone else's private I formation relating to their case within the middle of mine?!?!??! He also refuses to explain what he means when he uses a term that I haven't worked with before, like probate. I don't know what that means exactly, but he won't explain it, he gets irritated when I ask. NEVER GO TO THIS OFFICE!!!! It has been a waste of time and money for me!!

Mr. Weaver was very helpful in giving me insight to my legal case. In our first call he was quick to share his opinion on what my next step should be which included not lining himself up as legal counsel first, unheard off in this day and age. Offering sound legal advice at no cost because it was the right thing to do. This will be my first stop for legal representation moving forward. Thank you!

First of all, my husband and I went to Roger Weaver law to update our previous Trust. That was four years ago. Sadly my husband passed away this month and I returned to make the changes necessary to make me the only Trustee. Within a half hour, he gave me the necessary information to take care of this. He was knowledgeable , kind and assured me that my Trust was in good shape. I would recommend Roger Weaver to anyone needing lawyer services.

I am still waiting to get the balance returned from my $2500 retainer. I asked for it seven weeks ago. Considering that all I got for $2350 was a notarized affidavit, I feel my cousin's trust was ripped off. I asked Weaver's office to move his vehicle through probate, and Roger said it would take "weeks." After three weeks of hearing nothing, I dismissed this work through their office and with only 40 minutes of my time, I was able to fill in the forms for a release from administration, most appropriate, since there was only the vehicle in the estate. His office wanted to open the estate, take inventory, contact every relative, and basically milk as much money as possible for themselves. Roger Weaver's demeanor most often was abrupt, and at times belligerent. Although I had asked in writing for him to release some documents to my representative (real estate agent) since I am out-of-state, he refused to give them to her, said "I'm overnighting them tomorrow," pushed her out of the building, locked the door on her, and did not send the documents for another week--and not by overnight, but by priority. Needless to say, the documents were not available to me to use during that delay nor to my real estate agent for the property closing.

Great firm to work with. No matter how big or small your case is, they treat everyone the same. They work hard to deliver positive results. Highly recommend this firm. I’ll use these folks for any legal matters that I have.
