This is the second time we've used Roger Weaver for our legal needs. He is easy to work with and very straight forward. There were no surprises in his fees and no guessing what it might be. I highly recommend Weaver Law Offices and plan on using them again in the near future for some estate planning.

Weaver Law Offices participates in my company's Group Legal Services Plan. I'm so glad I found them to represent my daughter in a minor incident occurring just 10 days after she turned 18. Dustin advised on some activities my daughter should complete prior to meeting with the judge, he had the case moved to a different court where the judge was known to be more lenient, and he eventually had the case dismissed after working with the prosecutor. All of this effort was covered under my Legal Plan and I didn't pay a dime out of pocket, and my scared-to-death daughter never had to go before a judge. Very, very happy with the outcome. If you need legal advice or representation I highly recommend Roger Weaver. I have known Roger for many years but have never needed his services. Recently my daughter needed representation for an extremely emotional matter. Roger was there every step of the way, encouraging my daughter that it would all work out. Due to Covid 19 it drug out over a year but he won and it was thrown out. He didn't mess around. He is bada$$!!

Roger handled a serious case for me regarding my mother’s estate. During a horrible time in my life with the loss of my mother, he made it MUCH WORSE. I would NOT recommend him to anyone, because in my opinion, he did a terrible job.
