It was a pleasure working with Ryan on a truck accident that occurred back in November of 2015. Immediately after, I had tremendous amounts of questions about the accident and what I should do. Contacted some of the more advertised lawyers in the area and they kept me on the back burner. Ryan on the other hand, from his direct line was able to give me several directive actions without even having signed anything. It was helpful and he stayed active with me and my questions every step of the way. It was impressive to watch them work on my case and achieved a reasonable settlement for the case. We worked with Mark now for many years, he even sent an intern to our home since we live so far away and my child that was involved in the case was young and do to the injuries, not too mobile. The intern took take pictures and ask questions, and came out a few times. Mark got us almost 11 times the original amount he thought he would get us and that was after all bills paid. He has been there to answer any questions we've had over the last 13 years at no additional cost and made sure that when my child turned 18 that we knew exactly what to do to retrieve my child's settlement.
