Had a family trust prepared with alot of promises made about moving assets to avoid large tax problems and long term care issues. Paid up front of course 4 years ago. Family member moved to a nursing home and discovered nothing was done during this time. We have a "family trust" that is worthless! Have called numerous occasions to schedule meeting only to be constantly postponed. Now I have to watch our family assets disolve due to this lawyer's lack of doing anything in spite of all those promises.
