I have had the opportunity to work with Mr. Calkins' firm on multiple occasions. In 2018, and 2019 Pars Capital hired the Calkins Law Firm to handle the legal aspects of merger transaction. I have found the staff to be very knowledgeable in performing the transaction details and offering valuable advice when constructing the transaction structure. The firm performs within timelines that are sometime very aggressive due to nature of the work we do. I will certainly not hesitate to hire the firm on future transactions.

I approached Ben with an issue I encountered with my recent house closing. Ben listened to the issue and then provided me a few options. While I wasn't able to proceed after researching in more detail, I greatly appreciate Ben spending his time with me and providing direction. If I ever need a law firm in this area, I will certainly contact Ben. Kudos.

Ben has been my lawyer now for 5 + years. He's the only lawyer I've ever had because he is, in my opinion, a unicorn in the world of law. Reliable, trustworthy, empathetic and always works with what I have in my wallet. I have never come out of a situation with Ben and lost. He will fight tooth and nail for you. He knows how to talk to people. He knows how to put you at ease in what is likely a scary, uncomfortable situation. I would recommend Ben 1000x over. You won't find a better lawyer.

Ben and his staff represented us in the recent sale of our small business. Not only did they represent us in the sale, but they helped us navigate a very delicate issue that arose in the middle of the sale.
