Our group of about 30 independent dealers was recently asked by our common vendor to establish a distribution company to fit their new approach to the market. CLF worked with us to design a MMLLC tailored to our group, helped us to negotiate a favorable distribution agreement with our primary vendor, including IP issues, and name and logo rights.
