We hired Drew Emmert based upon a recommendation from our estate planning attorney. We were embarking on buying a lot from a developer, which required a tear down, and then building our custom dream home. After 40 years in the financial business (now retired) we knew there are many complications that can arise when building, starting with ensuring the construction contract with the developer contained all the language to protect our interests throughout the entire 12 month process. Drew counseled with us to first ascertain all we had in mind in building. Throughout the negotiations with the developer's attorney he never waivered in insisting all the protections required were part of the contract.
