After a few years of being a DJ / MC on the side for private events, I was all of a sudden getting hired to do corporate events. With that came obligations of being taxed plus liability concenrs. I hired Brian Hirsch with BHMK Law to create my solo LLC. He walked me through such an easy and affordable process. My new LLC was filed, created, & established so quickly. I learned Brian works with many start up businesses, which is great because many vendors I have encountered don't like dealing with start ups because of their inability to sustain.

Very knowledgeable company!

During a meeting with two of the partners, I was encouraged to get a trademark for my business name. The charge was $750. After approving the work, they began the process. A couple months later I received an email saying that the Federal Trademark application had been declined. I was very surprised that the firm continued to bill me for the full amount despite their recommendation being fruitless.

I worked w/Drew over 20 years ago when he did Estate work. I live in Chicago. He was in charge of executing my 100 year old Aunt's estate in Cincinnati. He had met w/her and set up her will. My aunt had a lifetime of savings bonds in a huge burlap bag. Tons of detail in liquidating/dispersing them. He recommended 3 realtors who I interviewed to decide which would sell the house. Each had a different vision so I was appreciative of the variety of resources. He was timely with EVERYTHING and reports were very easy to understand. Just recently I contacted him regarding a resource I needed in the Chicago area. He was very generous with his time in suggesting resources for me. Andrew was hired to file a property tax reduction appeal for one of our company's properties. Our company is headquartered in a different state from the property location so all communication was by email and phone. Andrew did a great job of explaining the process and what was going to happen when. He contacted all the individuals needed to testify at the hearing and made sure they were all prepared when the time came. In our opinion, Andrew was very organized, professional and it was a pleasure having him represent us in this matter. It was a job well done!
