Neil explained the process from start to finish so that we know what to expect, whenever we had any questions he always answered me even on the weekend. He is very professional and have extensive knowledge about immigration laws. I would recommend him to anyone looking for an honest, experienced, and friendly immigration lawyer.

Finding advocacy when I needed it most had me feeling isolated & alone. Then I met Darrin Nye, my 'Legal Eagle'. He advocates for me & my innocent baby as much as I had hoped he would. When we need him- HE IS ALWAYS THERE! He will demand answers from the strain of individuals who lack communication once my questions are in doubt. What usually seems to take a year in court- Darrin Nye accomplished in half the time for my family! I'm so thankful to him everyday & because of his counsel my family now has a chance. Kim was very helpful in our kinship case. We weren't sure if we needed an attorney but in the end we're very glad we hired Kim. She is very knowledgeable about the type of case and is familiar with the court process. We feel it would have been drug out for many more months had we not had Kim on our side.

Neil is very good in his profession. He is honest and discusses everything about your case with you in a very objective way. That is very assuring because despite the probable challenges, he will tell you that he will do his best for you.
