I worked with attorney Lauren Ashley. She was incredibly helpful in the finalization of the divorce. It was a case with a couple of odd pieces and the other parties involved were not always responsive but Ms. Ashley handled it with grace and patience. She was very responsive to messages as well. I highly recommend Attorney Lauren Ashley.

Great people great business very attentive

I’ve had a great experience with Shur Law. Specifically, attorney Tonya VanBenschoten and paralegal Brittany Dryer were always professional, very prompt in responding to my requests, addressing my concerns and ensuring I did not have any unresolved issues. Tonya always answer my calls when available, and when she was not, always ensured she either called back as soon as possible, sent a text message explaining she was in another case and would return my call soon after, or had her paralegal call me to offer assistance. Absolutely very happy with their services and professionalism.

Since firing Nova, myself and opposing counsel have managed to reach an agreement in two days. She was unable to accomplish this with $10,000 and six months of my life. Yes, I have already left a review, I don’t want anybody else to waste their money with this firm as I did. If they focused on their clients as much as they focused on this review site, maybe they’d have better reviews! Donate to your favorite charity instead of hiring this company! You’ll get the same legal results, but at least you can claim the donation on your taxes

Fast efficient easy to communicate with and friendly staff.

Most unprofessional office I’ve ever dealt with! Nobody returns calls. Missed appointments and meetings that are supposed to be had with clients. Nova Levante specifically, did absolutely nothing to help my case whatsoever. I asked Novo to make an offer to opposing counsel six times over the course of three months and to this day opposing counsel has still never heard the offer! On February 21, I was supposed to receive a phone call at 3:30 Yet, Amanda Wyllie failed to send the meeting invite to the lawyer, so I wasted half hour of my time, waiting on a phone call that never came. Unfortunately, I can’t charge them $300 for that waste of time like they would’ve done me. This office seems to not comprehend that they work for the client. Many thousands of dollars later, and I am in no better shape than before I hired this lawyer. Not one single thing that I paid this lawyer to do or address actually got done. They will tell you everything you want to hear and do absolutely nothing to help you. Do yourself a favor and represent yourself if you’re thinking about using Shur law. They’ll for sure take your money but that’s about it.

I worked with Attorney Marisa Dayson and I couldn’t have hired any better lawyer. She was so passionate about my case and made sure I got what I deserved and my kids to also get their lovely father around them. She was super smart and excellent on the trial date. I would also thank Chelsea, her aid/paralegal who was also very professional and helpful in ensuring active communication throughout the process. I will choose Shur Law any day!
